EVERY SEAT.
ONE STAGE.

The SRP processor delivers a natural stereo soundstage from every seat in your vehicle — not just the driver's. No compromises.

THE SCIENCE
OF SOUNDSTAGE

  • Soundscape Reprojection Algorithm Preserves the precise location and placement of every sound in the stereo field — width, depth, and spatial detail intact from any seat.
  • Massive Sweet Spot Conventional car audio collapses imaging the moment you move off-axis. The SRP makes every seat the ideal listening position.
  • Source Agnostic Works with any stereo source — streaming, CD, Radio, or plug directly into USB as an upmixing DAC. The SRP optical input connects directly to the S/PDIF output of the MOST bus adapter required in many new car stereo upgrades.
  • 3-Channel Architecture Left, Right, and Center outputs integrate with your existing DSP for precise, installer-friendly system integration.

THIS CANNOT BE
HEARD ON A SCREEN

The Riven SRP is a three-channel processor. It operates in the frequency domain to create a dedicated center channel, extract that center from the left and right signals, and reproduce the full depth and width of the original recording from every seat in the vehicle simultaneously. No two-channel playback system — headphones, computer speakers, or a phone — can carry what it does. A web demo would misrepresent the product.

The only honest demonstration is a properly integrated system in a real vehicle. If you want to hear it, contact us.

Frequency Domain Processing

The SRP operates in the frequency domain — not a simple matrix or EQ curve. Every frequency band is individually analyzed and reprojected, preserving the timing and spatial cues embedded in the original recording.

Center Channel Creation

A dedicated center channel is derived from the stereo signal — not summed, not approximated. The SRP isolates center-panned content with precision, then extracts it cleanly from the left and right outputs so no signal is doubled or smeared.

Depth & Width Preserved

The spatial geometry of the original recording — the width of the mix, the depth between close and distant instruments — is reproduced intact. What the artist and engineer placed in the soundstage stays there, regardless of where you sit in the vehicle.

Every Seat. Equal Stage.

Driver, passenger, rear seats — the reprojected soundstage is consistent across all listening positions simultaneously. This is not a compromise between seats. Every position receives the full stereo image the recording was intended to deliver.

WHAT USERS
ARE SAYING

5 out of 5 stars.

The Riven SRP has fulfilled my long-standing desire for an exceptional two-seat experience. It delivers remarkable sound quality for both the driver and passenger, seamlessly integrating with the vehicle's existing speaker locations. In my 40 years of experience in the automotive audio industry, the Riven SRP has left a profound impression on me. It has become an indespensable component of any system I consider.

The SRP completely changed how I think about tuning for passengers in a build. My customers used to only care about the driver's seat — now everyone in the car gets the same experience. It's become a standard part of my higher-end installs.

I love that the vocal isn't riddled with comb filter issues and just doesn't give up!.

I was skeptical that any DSP trick could actually solve the two seat problem without destroying imaging for the driver. The SRP proved me wrong. The tuning manual is thorough and the results speak for themselves.

FAQ

Yes! Riven Audio has partnered with TotalTuningUSA (opens in new tab), and Jeffrey Hald can provide both one-seat and two-seat tunes for most major system DSPs remotely without you ever having to leave your home.

The standard SRP Optical is designed to integrate with virtually any DSP-based system. It outputs three analog channels (L, R, Center) that connect to your DSP's analog inputs. The SRP handles the reprojection; your DSP handles the rest of the system tuning as normal.

The SRP Digital requires two optical input paths to your system DSP. The Audiotec Fischer BRAX DSPs (with two stereo optical input modules) can provide a single-unit solution. ATF has also confirmed compatibility with the HEC Optical In module on compatible Helix processors. Multi-DSP amplifier solutions are also viable — see the SRP Digital page for two- and three-amplifier configuration examples.

The SRP is designed for experienced car audio installers familiar with DSP integration. The SRP Optical is relatively straightforward to integrate — analog in, three analog outputs to DSP. The SRP Digital requires careful signal path planning and is better suited to experienced installers or dedicated enthusiasts. Download the Installation and Tuning Manual before purchasing.

The SRP Optical accepts stereo analog input (RCA), TOSLINK optical (S/PDIF), and direct USB audio input from any UAC2-compatible device including phones, tablets, and computers. Source format doesn't matter — if it outputs stereo audio, the SRP can process it.

No — do not sum both channels of the Center optical output. The center signal is sent on both L and R channels of the C Out TOSLINK for symmetry, but you should route only one of them (either L or R) to your DSP's center channel input. Summing both will double the signal and distort your center image.

The SRP doesn't add reverb, synthesize surround channels, or artificially widen the stereo field. It reprojects the existing stereo soundscape so that the spatial relationships between sounds are preserved from any seat — not just the sweet spot. Your music sounds like your music; it's just no longer tethered to a single listening position.
